Privacy Policy
This website is run for the Garbha Sanskar programme at Salalkar Hospital, Ahilyanagar, led by Dr. Priya Bodhale (BAMS, MS Obstetrics & Gynaecology). Dr. Priya Bodhale is the data controller for the information you choose to share here. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to reply to you, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
When you submit the demo-booking form or message us, you may share:
- Your name
- Your phone number (used for WhatsApp / calls)
- Optionally, your expected due date and any note you write
The booking form does not send data to a server. It opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled — the message is sent only when you tap send. Some information is also stored only on your own device (your saved language, last-period date, kick-counter session and hospital-bag checklist). This never leaves your browser and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser data.
How we use it
- To reply about a free demo class, a programme enquiry or fees
- To schedule and coordinate your sessions if you enrol
We will not use your number for marketing spam, and we will not share it with third parties for their own use.
Where it goes
Messages you send reach us through WhatsApp (Meta), phone or email. Those services have their own privacy policies. Music in the Garbh Sangeet section is played through YouTube (Google), which may set its own cookies when a video loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and enrolment details only as long as needed to support your care and to meet medical record-keeping obligations, after which they are removed.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you have shared. Just contact us using the details below.
A note on medical care
Garbha Sanskar is complementary to — never a replacement for — your regular antenatal care. Please continue all routine check-ups, ultrasounds and the advice of your obstetrician at Salalkar Hospital.
